Magnet wireless router model number

I have a colleague with Magnet broadband which includes a wireless router. The range of the wireless is not covering a necessary area of the house. I suggested getting an antenna for the router as there's currently none. Does anyone have a manual or model number of the routers used by magnet so I can locate a suitable…

Does anyone have a manual or model number of the routers used by magnet so I can locate a suitable antenna? I know its a 2wire device but they cant see a model number anywhere.
