Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

This is a problem i've been having for a year and a half, ever since i first turned on my dell 6400 running windows media center edition. Whenever i connect a usb device be it a memory stick or a mouse, my pc insists on installing the new hardware with the "found new hardware" wizard. But it doesn't just do it once, for example i just plugged in a 1gig usb memory stick, and it asked me to install it as a usb mass storage device, that was fare enough and it did that, then it decides to see it as a virtual drive.....etc, and all sorts of stuff, i end up spending 5 or 10 minutes waiting for it to install a stupid memory key. Any ideas of what's going on or how to fix it? thanks in advance.
    Cheers,
    Alan,
(sorry i went on a bit of a rant there)

Sounds like the usb drivers are corrupt try this
create a system restore point , go to control panel , system , device manager , delete all usb drivers and reboot , windows should reinstall all the usb drivers hopefully only once.
If this does not work use system restore to get back to where you were.
