Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hey there all fellow fans,

This week my emotions were played with when i heard rumours that The Great One might have been making a guest appearance on the up and coming 15th Anniversary of Raw, although i have now found these rumours to be nothing more than the sick twisted ideals of a maniac messing with heads and emotions of all the People... I have now succumbed to the idea that we may never see The People's Champ command an arena again as he used to do oh so well which saddens me when i look at the sham that is todays wrestling...

Anyways as friends such as Sully and EC18 *(fellow boarders) know i am an avid fan and regular watch my favourite clips of the rock. I was just wondering what is your favourite memories of Great One and maybe if you could post up some links or something but please don't post up you tube as most of us have seen all that you tube has to offer when it comes to videos of the Rock..

    Sure Let us know!:)

The "Rock" Concert 1 & 2. Pure genius, he had the crowd in such a rage in a matter of moments, while he continued to "rock" out in the ring with his guitar. I preferred him as a heel, a lot more edge to his character. I wasn't too keen on when he returned the last few times, acting like something from "Big Momma's House".

My favourite Rock moment is when he met the nWo backstage at No Way Out '02. That was hilarious.

What about when he made a surprise return in Miami his hometown and the roof of the arena was literally blown off with the reception that he got. I have never ever seen such a reception in my life and i have to say it was quite astounding..He talked about his friends and family that he brought with him, he evoked the crowd, He squared up to randy orton when that pup came out and interupted the rock and thought that he actually was in the same league as the great one. Then he had to be escorted from the arena during his escort out he made some funny and comical memories that were hilarious. Then to top it all he made fun of orton just as he was about to leave and threatened him with the worst pain he had ever felt in his life and then EDGE comes out and spears orton what a n moment people what a moment.

My favourite Rock moment is definitly the I quit match with mankind.

His best Promo was when he was talking to Booker T.

"You just walk on the bus, go into class
get inside the classroom, teacher up on the blackboard
(Teacher) "Ok class, what is 2 plus 2,do you know Booker?"
(Booker) "Oh Yeah I know the answer to that, 2+2........
    THOMAS JEFFERSON SUCKA!!!!

    Classic Rock

Let's not just turn this thread into posts of videos, there's a video thread for that

My favourite moment with Rock was when he was beginning his run as the Hollywood heel, I can never remember when it was though. I think it was leading up to his last WM match with Austin. He came out on Raw in Toronto and opened with "Finally, the Rock has come back to Toron...Toron...to run his mouth on all you candy asses!". Then slagging the fans for cheering when he said their city's name. It was so great because the crowd wanted to cheer him so much, and they did initially, but he was getting booed so bad by the end. Could've been during a feud with Hogan or something actually

Oh yes that was the night after No Way Out when he returned to Raw unexpectedly following his victory over Hogan. "Why is the Rock here? Why? Why? The Rock will tell you why. The Rock will tell you why. You see last night The Rock did Vince McMahon a favour, and he whooped that red and yellow candy ass!"

That promo was just superb. The bit I love from that promo is when they try to sing along to the "If you smell...." bit and Rock says something like, "Hey Canada no, no, no you lost that sing-along privilege when you booed The Rock at Wrestlemania so you know what Canada The Rock says this...know your role, just shut your mouth, take all your boos stick 'em straight up your maple-syrup sucking candy asses!" I have that promo on video and I never want to tape over it. I love watching that one even to this day.

It's hard for me to pick just one favourite moment but if I was pushed I'd probably go with The Rock concert II featuring Gillberg and Goldberg. I love how he reassures Gillberg that he won't let anything happen to him and then when Goldberg makes his entrance he says to Goldberg:

"Hey Goldberg let The Rock just say one thing right here, I don't blame you for wanting to whoop his ass! (points at Gillberg) Hell take the whole front row seat they want to whoop his ass I don't care about you (still pointing at Gillberg). But hey Goldberg, The Rock says this, you don't wanna wait to get your ass whooped this Sunday at Backlash? Bring your whisker-biscuit monkey ass in here and I'll kick your ass all over Atlanta!"

    He's missed big time.

when he showed up in December 03 to help Foley from getting a beating from La Resistance was brilliant "you think The Rock gives a monkeys nutsack what Pepe LePew #1 and #2 think?!", or to Lillian "howya doin honey? still like the stroodle?"

I watched wrestling years ago, not a fan of it now. Never was a fan of the "Do you smell what the rock is cooking?" rock. :p

Fave Rock moment is the one before his mania 19 match with Austin(i think) on Raw.

Both of em are in the ring jawing at eachother for around 15 minutes going backwards and forwards trading insults and they have the entire crowd in the palm of their hands.

Also, all the promos he used to cut with Kevin Kelly backstage on smackdown were hilarious.
That poor guy got such abuse(you ugly hermaphrodite)and unless Im mistaken he virtually never appeared on camera again.

    Awesome!!!!1
