Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Who is selling the HD player cheapest now in stores, and can you claim 5 free HDDVD's or must it be a special edition you buy ?

Also, what's the best online place for buying HD DVD's ? Will the Xbox player play any region ?

    Thanks

I'm not sure, but I think the offer applies if you buy the 360 HD DVD drive anywhere, you'd just need proof of purchase. There is only one version.

HD-DVDs are region free so you can buy them from America no problem. I have bought some from Movietyme before, prices are decent, a wee bit on the slow side sometimes though.

It'll probably come ot the point where a lot of the new releases will be on HD-DVD only.
So you'll have to buy an Elite otrone fo those awful looking little HD boxes.
Wouldn't spend 30 quid on one at the moment to be honest.

What are you referring to there? The games for the 360 will never come on HD-DVD and I think it'll be a really long time before video comes out on HD-DVD only (if ever).
