Student Academic Administration - Is it open during exams on Saturdays

Right I lost my student card and I've an exam tomorrow. So is the office open on Saturdays during the exams. Ive heard that they have to be open everyday there is an exam but I cant find out for sure. Anyone know what the story is? Thanks :)

They are supposed to be open in the morning of each exam, so that students who have such a situation can resolve it.

I can't remember the exact time but they should be open from about half eight or quarter to nine tomorrow.
