I think it is lean manufacturing excellence but no one really calls it that, it is just lean manufacturing.

I am trying to purchase metal from abroad and keep getting quoted LME + X-amount Euro in costs.

Ok well then its the london metal exchange.

Its just when you said manufacturing i thought it may have to do with lean manufacturing excellence (although more commonly known as lean manufacturing) but londom metal exchange is what you are after.
