PC to Laptop network issue

    Hi folks,
    My laptop will not share files with my pc on the same network... my pc will share with my laptop but not the other way round...
    I have digiweb wireless (metro) connected to belkin wireless router. My pc is connected by network cable to this wireless router. My laptop is connected wirelessly to the network and can see shared files on the pc, can connect to internet etc all ok... both have xp...
    Also RealVNC can connect from pc to laptop and vica versa...

    Why cant I share my laptop files with my pc??

    Any help would be great.
