    Beautiful motors. Some had around 500bhp. That + nurburgring + wet = scary.

    The drivers seem to have very poor control over the cars. They must be unfamiliar with them, although one of the drivers is not as bad as the others

    What engine type did they use? I heard 8 cylinders and straight 6's at various stages of the clip. I presume it was straight 8 at that stage, or had V8's arrived on the scene by then?

    one of them is a 6 l V16 :eek:

    or is it the other way round? ...difficult to tell type C from type D from just looking at the video

    EDIT just looked again ...I think it's two V16's and one V12 (the one with the flatter tail)
