Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

How reliable is the MS support site status indicator?

    Just logged into xbox.com support there. I dunno why. To further irritate myself probably.

    Anyway, it took a week and a half to arrange for my 3 red ringed xbox to be collected. So UPS collected it on Wednesday morning.

    Just checked xbox.com and it says that the service centre is still awaiting the device.

    Shouldn't they really have it by now? Or does that mean anything?

    Well the service centre is in Germany as far as I know, so it may take a few days to get there.

    Should've said that when I checked the UPS site on Friday morning it said the package had been delivered.

    Anyway, I called Microsoft and they aren't sure either. I'm not going to worry about it anymore. There's no way it's coming back before Christmas.
