arts block opening hours

I thought the arts block was open until 6pm on sundays. It was certainly open when I was there two sundays ago but it was closed today and the services girl said it was always closed?

I've been ion there on sundays... Might be different times during reading week or something?

I think it must be it opens if somethings booked to be on there, if nothing is booked then it's not open.
