Just wondering if the user pass for Smart Broadband is just generic?

Or is it specific to each customer?

And if it is specific does it follow any kind of format?

    Thanks

They give a specific one per customer.

If you are referring to the Username and Password for accessing the Modem on 192.168.1.1 then it generic.

    Username: Admin
    Password: Admin

If your referring to the PPPoE username and password then they are indeed specific to each customer.
The Username is your full telephone number including area code and the password can be obtained with a quick phone-call to Smarts support line
