anyone know where to buy capon in dublin?

as the title suggests, i'm looking for a capon for my Xmas dinner, but every butcher i go to says no one is doing them this year. any ideas?

Have you tried Lawlors on the Upr Rathmines Road or in Mortons by the Beechwood luas stop?

Or the organic butcher in Terenure, I think it's called O'Tooles.

Both of these places are usually good at getting unusual things.
