    Hey,

    What are your thoughts on this bike?
    Lad from work is selling his ('98), and i'm considering it as my first bike. Got quoted 755euro (third party only) from QDirect today on a provisional licence.

    Just want your opinions on what to look out for etc...
    Also i'm wondering if its big enough, i'm 6'2. Only be using it for 1-2days a week when i have to travel into the city centre from maynooth, and for weekends of course.

    What kind of price should they be, can't see any for sale elsewhere!

    parts may be an issue, as you say, theyre rare in ireland

    keep in mind its 10 years old at this stage... whats he looking for it?

    Parts will be a problem. there were not many built at all anyway regardless of how many are actually in this country.

    not a bad bike though, revs all the way to 17000 or something - and that was 2 up :D

    Nice little twin. check the cam chains have been done as they're a problem on the bigger VTRs.
