    Have a look here: http://www.worldsnowboardguide.com/

Some good stuff in the shop section, I've always wanted the guide itself. It's a big book that comes out annually, covering all the major resorts in the world.

Alternatively, a voucher for an outdoor sports shop? A lot of people don't like giving vouchers but at least you wouldn't have to worry about what he does/doesn't have.

The Snowboarders Swiss Army knife, from Wenger, perhaps?

ratchet tool or similar for adjusting bindings is always good to have, and i constantly lose them, so would always appreciate a new one. cost anywhere from c €10.

a beanie can also be a good, cheap option.

there are also some cheap, gimmicky things like instant hand warmers that you crack for instant heat. can be ised on a lift, or whenever you feel the cold. as i say, gimmicky, and i wouldnt buy them, but would prob use if i was given one.

two way radios, camel pack, spring gloves/ pipe gloves. the list goes on...

I love getting new hats. Can't really go wrong with a quiksilver hat.
