    Hi, I've been looking on the web for formal training in a business process methodology such as business process management. I haven't had much success sourcing training providers in this area. Does anyone have any recommendations for trainers in this area. Any advice greatly appreciated.

    @hamrog, Have you checked out ITIL? Its used for IT process and Strategy but It might suit you

    ITIL v3, published in May 2007, comprises 5 key volumes:

    1. Service Strategy
    2. Service Design
    3. Service Transition
    4. Service Operation
    5. Continual Service Improvement

    THanks Static, I've had a quick look on line this looks very good. I think the syllabus covers most of what I'm looking for.
