Price to Install Recessed Lighting

Does anyone have a ball park figure or how much it would cost to get some recessed lights installed in a ground floor apartment? It is work I would not even consider undertaking myself. How long (ballpark figure) would it take for a competent electrician to do? Thanks, Randomer.
