    Hi, myabe this should be on adverts.ie but anyway.
    We are looking for a housemate in a four bedroom house in sandycove/glastule area. its a nice area beside dun laorighe, by the sea, near the dart, near the m50, etc.
    currently there are 2 guys and 1 girl living in the house. all professionals. both of the guys are 25 and the girl is 23.
    we are preferably looking for another girl.

    the room is furnished.

    we have digital tv, and broadband is coming in the new year.

    the rent is really really good!!!

    as its a house there is free parking.
