    Finally the countdown has reached the 12th day of Christmas and as is now customary we, the mods, would like to wish each and every one of you a very merry, happy and peaceful Xmas.

    Enjoy yourselves and eat and drink plenty as I would feel bad about it if I was the only one sloshed. :)

    Happy Xmas North west. Know its xmas when I get sentimental for the Pogues and Mary Hopkin. Just to get everyone in the mood. :) Not sure if I can but sure edit if you have to. it gets me every time.

    Why thank you my first xmas pressie! Thats it now, I caught the bug. Getting into the spirit now for sure, even wreath making (xmas ones that is!)
    Mary Hopkin, lovely voice and a fair bit cuter (for the guys) than Shane McGowan.;) You would probably know her with "Those were the days..my friend'.

    Good point. I always took it or assumed that it was the 12 days before Xmas.

    Remember the song - on the twelth day of Xmas my true love give to me........

    Nobody would be giving pressies after Xmas :D
