Where to get Aus/NZ VISA?

I was thinking of heading to Aus/NZ in the New Year. Where do you get a working VISA? Do you have to go to the Embassy?

Its cheaper this way then using a visa service. Visa will be applied to your passport when you enter the country. You will have 364 days to enter the country from date of approval usually.

yep what ginger said but if you want a company to do it then use visafirst, had to use them myself for my second visa.
