Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Shoes for suit or formal wear?

I've never really had cause to wear formal shoes ( the very fact I call them formal shoes rather than just shoes should be an indication) but I've got weddings and parties coming up and need to invest in a decent pair.

As someone who wears Vans etc. I don't really know what to go for.

Any shoes I've looked at have either been uncomfortable (in comparison to runners) and also seem to have little or no grip on the soles.

Can anyone point me in the right direction for a nice pair of laced black shoes for about €100-150, that'd go with a suit.

I've just realised I sound like a 12 year old buying shoes in September :o
