UTV phone - use of calling cards etc. via 1800

    Hi everyone

    I am interested in the UTV call package which seems quite good.

    The only drawback is that UTV say that:

    Please note UTV Talk is provided on the basis that you use UTV Talk as your only calls provider on that designated line. It is not possible to make a call over another provider`s network.

    This obviously applies to calls made with a prefix, but what about calls made to 1800 numbers, via international call providers and the like. For example I use Alpha Telecom 1800 992 760 and get most intl calls for about 3c.

    I asked UTV and they were unsure but said this must be blocked.

    Is this true? is it actually possible to block 1800 numbers?
