I reckon whoever gets the job should have to do the first week or two on their own. No co-mods to help them. You know, throw them in the deep end, just to see if they can handle the heat. You'll probably drive some of them mental but after 100 or so trials, I'm sure you'll find someone who'll survive it.

Yes but thats where you fall down as a potential mod; you aren't hated by everybody.
