So after finishing up in college and getting myself a job, I've found myself having a look at my income/expenses over the last 6 months. I've taken in approx 12k in that space of time, which was nice. But looking at my expenditure, it totals 9k - paying back a loan, car insurance, transport (live at home), petrol, food, and other various things. So I'm now left with just the 3k which is quite a surprise to me as I thought I'd be coming out with much more at the end of the year. Welcome to the real world, or is this a bit unusual?

    Thanks in advance,

    tim.
