    Keep a word- "To do" list open on your desktop and any jobs that come up just ad them to that. Some-people have a pad beside them with their list of jobs.

    It's common sense ffs.

    Not sure if you use the Revenue's online services www.ros.ie but if you're registered as a tax agent you can get a list of outstanding returns for all your clients under the Agent Services tab.

    I used it to good effect last week to ensure all the various P30 returns for November had been filed.

    We use an excel spreadsheet detailing client deadlines that are updated daily and reviewed weekly

    we use many tools including outlook, excel, CORE.ie (for CRO returns) and ROS (for Revenue stuff), as individuals or the whole organisation here. we also have a specific practice CRM/asset mgt tools in-house.

    Thanks for the spreadsheet. it's similar to what I use in outlook. You can amend your tasks to do same.

    What is the Sage practice manager like?
