personal organiser problem

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sharp-ZQ-P20-Electronic-Organiser/dp/B00015U89M Got above but it needs outlook 98/2000/2002/2003 to sync with PC. I only have outlook express 6 on one PC and windows mail on the vista one.Is there any plug in I can download to make this sync with OE6 or WM? Thanks

they wont deliver that here. Electronics cant be shipped to Ireland from Amazon
