Used to watch a bit of Vimio live TV on my phone for a while but the application seems to do nothing but timeout for the past month or so.

Anyone here know what the story is with them and their application?

Yup but it doesn't work over wi-fi anymore so I can't blame them for this one (damnit ;))

Well I just got this in my inbox this morning.

Vimio TV will be re-launched early next week,

You will need to delete the current application on your phone and then re-install when the serviced is commissioned.

Sorry for the delay but we need to upgrade to a much better version,

We hope to be back on Air next Monday 21st April 2008

    Thanks for you support

Yes still works for me. Get BBC World, Al-Jazeera, a music video channel and a channel with travel programmes.

After reading the thread, I decided to try it. Registered, downloaded and installed. Tried it... and bingo... it worked first time both with wifi and on o2 :)

Does it cost much to run (other than download charges)?

Cant see anything about it on the site
