Tattoo Removal in Zulu

Spotted signs outside Zulu today advertising "tattoo-erase tattoo removal", not sure what the technique is (would guess that it's tattooing over an old tattoo with sterile clear solution to gradually fade the original tattoo) but just thought I'd post here for those who ask about places that offer tattoo removal.

So far as I remember, that tattoo-erase thing is where they basically inject stuff in that breaks up the tattoo pigment... meant to hurt worse than getting the tattoo... and has mixed results, but I think it costs less than the lazer, and I don't think it can scar either... ?
