Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

passcode - wtf?

    I just got my 360 back from MS. It turns on.

    But I can't login into my gamertag - it wants a passcode. Which I seem to remember blabbing in when I got it a year and a half ago.

    I've tried recovering gamertag and after it's finished I'm faced with the same login screen.

    I can't find anything on MS to answer this.

    Call them up and ask to reset it :)

    I needed it back from mine reset after getting back from repair.

    I won't bother giving you the number, speed dial 3 I think you'll have it set too.

    Anyway, for anyone else who this happens to.

    Go into settings and delete your profile (profile only NOT profile and items).

    Then go to recover gamertag, enter your MS Live registered e-mail and password and Bob's yer uncle.

    Back in business.
