Yes even complete beginners. All the skills are taught. We use pro coaches for some sessions also.

Just curious... what kind of age group and standard play in Ireland? I'm late 30s but reasonably fit. I used to play a lot of sport (soccer, gaelic, hockey) but never played baseball.

All ages are welcome. We have players in their 20s, 30s, and 40s. I am 33 myself and started 4 years ago. Like yourself I had never played before. Age is not a problem in Baseball

It was great fun. Guys there are really helpful.

One word of advise.... bring a baseball cap and pair of sunglasses. Got blinded by the sun and got a baseball across the forehead!!

I thought it was indoors looking at the website. Think I might come along Saturday. I'll bring a crash helmet.
