Hi all, I'm having great fun with Picasa and GIMP, using the filters to make photos look old, or soft focused or pop arty. Are there any other free programs that have lots of filters in them? I've played with all the ones in Picasa and GIMP and want more!! Thanks

You should probably learn to use the filters and effects you have already in the GIMP together to get the effect you want. Have a look around the net for tutorials.
You should be able to pull off most effects without additonal plugins.
