Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Porting whilst in contract

    If you want to port whilst in contract, do all termination charges have to be paid prior to porting or can you port and then pay the termination fees? This is with 3 btw.

    not 3 specific but usually you recieve a final bill after the port.

    as a rule you can port while in contract and you have to pay the termination fee afterwards. That's how i ended my 3 contract. but 3 are so unpredictable i wouldn't like to guarantee anything
