    and a merry christmas to them..

    just to update you all on my groin injury, went to a physio and it turns out it's my tendon rather than the muscle hence why it wasn't going away. So I'll be out for another 6-10 weeks ... so hopefully back in feb.

    Keep up the winning ways guys, looks like me and joe being missing is our secret formula for success!!
