I don't usually bother with pictures, but 4 threads planned, so making up for lack of input so far. This first one was of a bumble bee on the 12th Dec. I don't usually bother with pictures, but 4 threads planned, so making up for lack of input so far.

This first one was of a bumble bee on the 12th Dec.

The bee is in the flower. The frost can be seen on grass in background.

Here the bee has climbed out and is about to fly to next flower.

I often see bees throughout winter, but I thought it a bit mad at this time of a cold morning before the sun was up.
