Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Having a problem with my mam's email. Its mozilla but the outgoing server wont seem to work. She can recieve e-mails. Its an eircom e-mail address but were on BT now.

    Any suggestions on what the outgoing server (SMTP) should be? Its down as mail.eircom.net and so is the 'Incoming' server.

    Help Needed!:cool:

    The outgoing server needs to be that of BT, try mail.iol.ie in the SMTP box.
