Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Problem connecting to Live on new Eircom wireless network

    I recently changed my broadband provider from Digiweb to Eircom. I had a home wireless network set up previously and my xbox and ps3 could both connect fine (although the router wasn't the best so the signal was often quite weak). I've just got my new Eircom network set up using their Netopia router and the network itself is actually much better than my old one - much stronger signal.

    The PS3 connects fine, in fact even better than it did previously, but i'm having problems getting Live to work. When I test the network settings, everything passes and connects fine, until it gets to the "XBox Live" part of the test, and then it just fails 9 times out of 10. The very odd time it passes and completes the test, so everything looks fine, but then when i go to sign in to my profile it fails to connect to Live.

    Any ideas?

    Pop this into your address bar: http://192.168.1.254
    From here follow the 'firewall' link and change the protection to low.

    Save changes and your sorted.
