Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

xbox controller for windows

    Just got bioshock for my pc.It says i can use an xbox controller for windows to control the game.Is the xbox controller a usb connection or do I need a special controller.My son thinks its wireless so how do I connect that

    There are wireless models and wired versions that have a usb connector.
    You'll either need to buy a wired controller, or buy the wireless adapter if you already have a wireless one.

    Just to confuse you...

    The wireless device your looking for is called the Xbox 360 Wireless Gaming Receiver for Windows. There is an accessory called the Official XBox 360 Wireless Adaptor too - but that's for something else entirely.

    You could just go for the Official Xbox 360 Wired Controller which plugs straight in to the PC. all you have to do then is download the drivers for it and you're away. (I think that play.com have the cheapest wired controllers)

    You "can" use an Xbox 360 controller... but Bioshock is a FPS. Keyboard and mouse would be its natural control method.
