Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Pighead would have to pick Groundhog Day. Have been working non stop for the past 2 weeks , getting up at ridiculous hours, getting home late, too tired to tug, too sleepy to socialise. Alarm Work Home Eat Sleep X 14.

    Superman.
Good choice. Cracking hero, man of the people etc.

Although in fairness that whole being allergic to kryptonite is a major flaw in his make up. Whats the boards equivalent to kryptonite for you? What saps all your energy and makes you crumble up in a useless heap on the floor?

And don't say "Reading your posts" as thats just mean.

Good morning monkeyfudge and a very happy Christmas Sunday to you.

Just a quick question. In the human race there are good humans, bad humans and average humans. What about the monkey race? Are they all lovely or are some of them right old cnuts?

Some cheap 80's porno. I'd be the plumper with a dodgy moustache.

    Serious answer, probably Transformers.

Ah... no one is really good or evil.. it's all a matter of perspective.

The monkeys in Princess Mononoke just wanted to save their forest, and they thought by eating Ash-itaka they would be able to take his strength and stop the humans from cutting the forest down.

In Planet of the Apes Dr.Zaius would appear to be the villain of the piece. But in the end we see is quite right to be weary of the humans.

Wait a minute... maybe it's just humans who are the bad guys then.... yeah... that sounds about right.

Although there was that evil monkey in Raiders of the Lost ark who ratted out Marion's hiding place... oh yes.

With the amount of boozing I've been doing this past week.... I think my life has more than a touch of 'Withnail and I' to it.

He got his comeuppance though, treacherous simian.

I'll take 'Garden State', because it's nice enough but nothing really happens.

Pffft, this thread has degenerated into people naming random films, without attempting to relate said films to their own lives in an entertaining fashion, as per the original post. :) Come on people, pull your socks up! Raiders of the Lost Ark.

When I was in my last job I'd have said 'The Devil Wears Prada' only without the perk of the fabulous clothes!!;)

Now it's probably more like the Jackass movie, filled with pranks and debauchery!! With a little bit of teen chick flick thrown in for good measure!

    Scratch American History X.

That movie was so true to life it was painful.

Especially with Bad Religion as the soundtrack.
