Polished porcelain tile

Hi, I have just got my kitchen tiled using polished porcelain tiles. The job looked great after the tiler finished. However when the kitchen Guys or plummer had finished there were a number of black lines on the floor which look like those left from black soled shoes. I have tried to remove the stains using normal cleaners…

Hi,
