Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Recover canceled gamertag

    I'm sorry if this has been bought up before, but searching for "Canceled gamertag" in this forum got me 185 results.

    I used to use the gamertag "Maddzy" on my old xbox but haven't signed on with it in over a year. Now that I got a 360 I wanted to migrate it over but can't get into the details in Account Management because it tells me the account is canceled.
    I also can't make a new gamertag called "Maddzy" because it says it already exists :(

    I was wondering if anyone had any ideas or suggestions how to:

    1. Completely cancel the gamertag so I can remake it
    or
    2. Recover a canceled gamertag.

    Any help or advise would be appreciated.
    (In before "Just make a new one")
