Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I upgraded to a 6120 on 3 bill-pay the other day and it has Skype installed. I have read that you need X-series Silver or Gold to use it, however I can't find any information about this on the website.

How do you get an X-series plan and how much does it cost?

If you select the E65 via their web page then it eventually shows you the costs of the silver and gold packages as €14.99 for silver and €19.99 for gold. You can call up the customer support and ask to get one of the x-series packages added to your bill, but you may have trouble actually running some of the applications on the 6120. The only phone they actually sell as being x-series compatible is the E65.

You can buy the x-series add-on via Planet3, go to download one of the applications and it will tell you you have to buy an add-on then bring you to the x-series page.

if you have the skype app on your phone then you should only need to top-up by at least €10 to get unlimited(limited) skype calls(&messages if phone supports them) for 30 days

you do not need x-series to use skype on supported pre-pay handsets

Read the man's post. He says he is on 3 bill pay. He must pay the 15 euros per month EXTRA on top of his normal bill to use skype. With that he gets unlimited data within their fair use policy. But there is curently no way to use Skype (or Fring) on skype-compatible phones on 3 bill pay.

oops Yes he is on bill-pay so unlimited data(up to 2gb) will cost €19.99 per 30days on top of his monthly tarriff!
