I wasn't there this year so I can't say, but every other year the pubs around town close a good bit earlier on christmas eve. last year i ended up in tierney's till late enough but that was the only place that was open.

This is a pretty common thing. They always close the doors about 8 or 9 afaik

The way things are going..and the amount of people in them at the moment...a few could close for good.
