I've some mince left over from a meal I cooked earlier and was thinking for making some hamburgers with it.

I was thinking of mixing about 3/4 lb of mince with an egg, some pepper, oregano, salt, chopped garlic, finely chopped and fried onion, and parsley then in the middle put some chedder cheese then oven cooking until done.

Was half thinking of adding a squirt of ketchup in there also.

Any recommendations or recipe suggestions?

God man Myth!, that's great, good to see I'm on the right track.
Worcester sauce and cumin seem popular as additions so will add them too.
