Ok got braces over a year ago everything went fine til now bottom teeth gums are swelling up and i go to the dentist in 2 weeks i know there is prob food or something stuck down there i dont eat chocolate and sweet btw . iv tried getin down behind the gum with my brush and even tried a toothpick and i stil cant get it to go down its geting worse but i dunno if its because of the gum not being used to brushin so much or the toothpick iritated it has any one any advice on what i can do iv been flossing and everything but nothin seems to work . any advice apriciated
