Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi Guys,

Having a few problems capturing DV video through firewire connection from a Canon MD101 and am running out of Ideas.

I have used a number of Video Suites but the same happens with them all.

    1. Capture Source is recognised
    2. Able to control the Canon (IE Rewind etc) from the Capture program.
    3. Program is able to detect timestamps on the camcorder
    4. No Video is captured.
    5. Works fine on XP setup in shop

I have cleaned out all my codecs and cleaned out the system itself. No Video Preview available and nothing captured as if no stream is detected.

Appreciate if someone might be able to give me some ideas of where to go next.

    Thanks

    Shane

Shane do you have any other capture cards plugged in example Webcams, or tv capture cards

disable all of these and try again
