Wordpress Issues

    Hi guys.
    I am having an issue with the theme side of Wordpress.

    I am looking to change a theme but this is where the issues arise;

    In Presentation > Themes, I get a blank page with an error:

    "PHP has encountered an Access Violation at 01A6E20D"

    In Presentation > Theme Editor, I get a completely blank page with the error:

    "PHP has encountered an Access Violation at 01A6E20D"

    Would it be a corrupted installation with missing files?
    Chmod permissions?

    This is my first time using Wordpress, so thanks for any help :)

    Did a quick search on google and it seems that is a PHP bug.

    Are you installed wordpress locally or on a web host?

    It is installed on a webhost.

    So it's not a Wordpress issue?

    It is installed on a webhost.

    Don't think so.
    This problem hapens when the PHP is trying to access some file and has not premissions to do it.To solve this problem, inspect your php.ini, some paths variables like upload_tmp_dir or session_save_path and others, must be configured to use directories with write permissios for the http user.

    I thought the problem might be more local opposed to being a fixed php issue as surely that issue would then be the same for everyone who downloaded the same version of Wordpress I did?
    On top of that, the issue seems to lie in the "themes" area?
    I'm confused! :confused::confused:

    Ok I got this problem fixed. It must have had corrupted download files as I updated Wordpress and now all is fine. Thanks again.
