Just taking advantage of the christmas lull to update the forum. Some changes are:

* A new sticky that gives info on all the various regulatory agencies you can use to get information on your consumer rights and how to complain. [see the second post in the thread]

* The old ATM fraud sticky is now in the Banking forum

* I've stickied the thread by Senna on "your worst consumer service experiences", so we can use it as a rant & praise thread for day-to-day good and bad service.

Has anyone got suggestions on further developments / or info that could be stickied?
