Xbox1 softmod backup

    Ok,

So I'm going to softmod with ndure and XHDM then pop on XBMC, I've read the guides and am pretty sure I can do it without screwing up.

However, they talk about backing up to the e: drive.

I'm pretty wary of this, an xbox1 only has a 8gb drive right?, so surely there's
    just a c: drive?

I'm afraid of wiping out my c drive with xhdm if I've missed a step somewhere.
Anyone done this before and have any pointers?

I've a Crystal box (1.6) in case that has any relevance (dont think it does these days).

Did you get the bits needed for the softmod? Are you going to try a hot-swap?
XBOXHDM is for making a new bigger HDD so you need the eeprom first?

I'm going to follow http://forums.xbox-scene.com/index.php?showtopic=496263 - that seems to cover all I need. Am I right? Only difference is i'll be using 3.1. I finally for the files I need of xbins at a whopping 3k..such are the joys of dial up access in the Wicklow mountains...

That guide looks fine and you are using the recently released 3.1 NDURE also.
