All I want is a solid Connection. Keeps disconnecting itself?

    Laptop sitting beside Router. Wireless working for about 2 mins, i can browse the web ..etc

    It disconnects itself and then reconnects itself.

    Why can't the Connection be Strong and STAY DISCONNECTED and why can't I bring the laptop into another room without it disconnecting every 2 mins.

    Basically, How do I make my connection strong and reliable????

    Are you in an urban area? You could be getting interference from other wireless networks in the area. Log into the router and try changing the wireless channel.

    Otherwise try updating the drivers for the wireless adapter in your laptop.

    I am in an Urban area thats the problem.
