Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Stuck here around 3.4°C here for a while and dp not moving much either, with the wind theres unlikely to be much radiative cooling tonight.

    Was just outside for a few moments and the wind is getting up so no chance of a frost or anything but begob you'd not want to be out there long.

    Temp here 3.6C, DP -0.3C but my humidity, at 77% seems a lot higher than Casement, about a mile down the road at 57% so I'm thinking something may be up with that.

    If my humidity was 57% like Casement that would be a DP of -3.6 I reckon.

    If you know your RH% and your ^c, how do you calculate the DP?

    For example, 4.2c and 80%RH.

    Off to get some beauty sleep - tomorrows going to be a long day ;)

    Currently 2.1°C with a DP of -2.8°C , anything falling from the sky tonight will be white and fluffy..which is why I'm probably not going to sleep too wel!!

    Intersting to note the RH Mothman.mine at 58%
    DP now at -2.6c air at 4.8c

    Thats very dry air,as it is clear out now im not surprised.

    3.2c and DP -0.2c also RH 78% as per NRA Portlaoise Bypass.

    Should be OK for snow if anything falls then?

    I'm not expecting any precipitation tonight.

    DP above zero at M2.

    If a shower did come in, I'd expect it to be rain with the above mentioned temp.

    Wind is playing havok with the dp on the coast as sst's are trying to modify the air above it with an east wind blowing onshore.

    Very up and down

    Indeed, I've just seen -2.1C DP, the lowest so far.

    and that 26% humidity reading earlier in thread is clearing an error

    PM sent.

    My weather sensor is part of one those aldi weather stations so I doubt it is accuate at all for RH. I must really buy a new proper station with wind and rainfall etc.
