superquinn salads?

anyone know how to replicate the superquinn salads from their delisouz deli counter? Especially the tuna, and the couscous versions. Oh and theres a "pea in the pod, carrot and brocolli mix thats reallly good too. Help appreciated

Sorry for jumpin on your bandwagon mate, (and for being no use to you what-so-ever) but if anyone has the recipe for the "three rice salad" as done by superquinn, i'd be eternally in their debt....

anyone know?
tuna+coleslaw maybe?
